Sturtevant, WI (February 2, 2012)—Andis Company is pleased to announce that Karen Formico joined the company as vice president of marketing on January 9, 2012. In this newly created position, Formico is responsible for overseeing and providing leadership for all initiatives involving marketing, public relations, advertising and communications.

Prior to joining Andis, Formico was marketing manager for 15 years with Broan-NuTone, the largest producer in North America of residential ventilation products, including range hoods and bath fans. She has also held key marketing positions at both Master Lock and Simplicity, a manufacturer of lawn and garden equipment. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Visual Communications at University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
