Our goal is your total satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Andis.com purchase you can return your order for a refund (less shipping and tax charges) within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, our normal warranty policy applies. Warranty FAQ | Andis

If your purchase was not made directly through Andis, we offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to verify warranty status. Unfortunately, Andis is unable to refund any purchases made through other retailers or distributors.
