This California Privacy Notice at Collection ("Notice") applies to the personal information of California residents as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and its enabling regulations (the "CCPA"). This Notice details the categories of personal information we collect from you, the purposes for which the personal information is collected or used, and whether that personal information is sold or shared within the meaning of the CCPA.

We may collect the following categories of personal information when you use our "Site" (each of: andis.com and any related mobile applications) or when you otherwise interact with us. You may provide us with this information, or we may collect it through technologies enabled on the Site.

- Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information such as CCTV recordings at our warehouses or call center recordings for customer service.

- Personal Information We Share: We share Identifiers and Internet Activity with third parties.
Please note: When we state that we "share" personal information with third parties, we are referring to the definition of "share" in the CCPA. Under the CCPA, to "share" means to share, disclose, or otherwise communicate or make available (by any means) your personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising .

6. Notice of Financial Incentive
We offer product discounts, coupons, survey rewards and sweepstakes or contest rewards from time to time. In exchange, we will collect, use, share and retain certain personal information from you to deliver the benefit to you, such as your name and contact information. You may opt into the financial incentive by providing your contact information as prompted in a popup notification on the Site. These discounts, coupons, survey rewards and sweepstakes or contest rewards may be considered a financial incentive under the CCPA.
We will maintain and utilize the personal information you provide for future marketing purposes, and these financial incentives are reasonably related to the value of the data you provide.
We make a reasonable, good-faith determination of the estimated value of such information to our business, taking into consideration the value of the offer itself and the anticipated revenue generation from brand loyalty and repeat purchases. We calculate the value of the offer and financial incentive by using the expense related to the offer.
You may withdraw from this financial incentive at any time by completing our webform. Please note that if you have provided your Personal Information at other times or using other means, then we may still provide you with marketing and advertising unless you request to delete all of your Personal Information with us.
