"There is no bigger honor than when an owner trusts me with their pet's life, beauty, health, and happiness. It's humbling and I have a great respect for that trust."

I was an English teacher for seventeen years. The journey into my current career as a grooming professional started with an awful experience at a filthy DIY dog wash. I knew I could create a better experience for people and their pups, so I opened my own dog wash and retail store. Only, no one wanted to wash their own dogs. I realized there was an opportunity in that and I became an entirely self-taught bather. When a client walked in one day with a Westie and asked me to groom it, I began my forever job.
