I think the most meaningful moments in my job are when I get to see kids that we work with, whether they buy cattle from us or not, accomplish their goals and dreams because of the hard work and dedication they’ve put into their projects. We all make mistakes and have disappointments in life, but It’s all about how you respond to those situations that determines if you grow and can compete, or stay stagnant. The show stock industry provides these kids with an environment that allows them to learn.
